This is the final email I will send re: Reclaiming Wholeness retreat. We have one spot left. If it's yours, let me know.

What lives on the other side of your culturally conditioned identity is intimacy with your truth. So many of us have spent a lifetime seeking to live in the truth, but have been met with opposition as to why we can't or shouldn't.

It isn't polite to speak up. It isn't generous to have boundaries. It isn't nice to put ourselves first.

Yet every fiber of our being is calling us toward embodying our truth. But we label that anxiety, depression, or something bad that pulls us further away from the truth our body carries.

Self-intimacy is the most powerful transformational Force on the planet. Along with authenticity and innocence, Self-intimacy becomes the fecund ground from which we build the life we deeply desire to live.

How many of us yearn for that to be true?

How many of us trust that to be true?

Over the last decade, I have learned to trust my inner cues to guide me into any conversation, with myself or with another, whether easy or difficult. My ability to enter intimate conversations with others, grounded and present, did not come from my personality, therapy, or yoga retreats. It certainly did not come from my cultural conditioning. It came from learning to trust the signals within me and allow them to guide who I became through each of my choices.

After all, our choices define our reality, Reader.

The next choice you make about your evolution will define the future you create. To create from the limitation of your history is easy because all you have to do is repeat what you know. To create intentionally from your potential is learned, therefore takes effort to implement.

The WEL-Systems® body offers us the CODE to unpack our experience, the process to stay with instead of panicking, and the paradigm to know the essence of our being.

Even as a child, I always sensed that what I was learning through each of the three cultures I grew up in was inaccurate and incomplete. Turns out my intuition was right. Everything I learned through cultural conditioning turned out to be upside down and twisted all around. It was hard, at first, to face this. It took years of deep inner work. But it was only in facing this truth that I became adept at navigating it without fighting. Now instead of depleting my Life Force by pouring it into a bottomless pit of taking-yet-nothing-changes, I pour it into creation.

What might happen to the quality of your one and only life if you reclaimed the energy you’re pouring into managing, pretending, and trying to adapt yourself to a reality that requires you to override the vibrations of your body?

Every single woman I work with has this in common: they wish for their life to be different than is. They wish for their reality to be what it isn't. They wish they were different, or better yet the people around them were different so that they could finally be themselves.

How might your life change if you intentionally lived from what IS rather than what you wished was?

If you want to be yourself, you must embody your truth. Waiting for life to be different to engage might mean you wait too long. The math is simple: if you don't engage first, your life stay the same. Circumstances don't change by accident; even if they did, how long would you wait?

In Reclaiming Wholeness: Owning the conversations we avoid, you will uncover the next layer of your truth, trust it, and let it guide you through your next difficult conversation. We start on the 16th.

If this speaks to you, get on a call with me and let's explore whether this is the right place for you. There's one spot left.
